This is a rare and exciting chance for a proven or ambitious Principal to lead a secondary school within an outstanding multi-academy trust. The school opened in September 2016 and is a new, co-educational, 11-18 school. Currently, the school has students in Year 7, 8 and 9 and will grow, each year, until it reaches full capacity. In September 2018 the school opened on its new site at Crossharbour. There is a strong emphasis on knowledge acquisition in Science, Technology and Maths supported by a vibrant Creative Arts programme, as well as Literacy and Humanities. The students are encouraged to learn from their mistakes and show resilience in their learning. The College recognise and reward students that apply high levels of effort in their learning to overcome difficulties. The school seeks a motivational leader who take the school into the next phase of its development, inspiring all stakeholders.
