The school seeks a successful, passionate and dynamic leader with a creative vision. Clayesmore is a well-respected and popular school that provides children with demonstrable added value. Pupils range from nursery to 13; the vast majority transfer to Clayesmore Senior School.

The Prep School has its own distinct identity within the school grounds and its own accommodation both for teaching and boarding. The Prep and Senior Schools share comprehensive sports facilities including extensive playing fields, the chapel, dining room and music school.

The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with energy and enthusiasm; they will have had experience as part of a school leadership team, understand the business of running a school and have the personality to engage and inspire the Prep School community.
