Great Ballard is a delightful school with a family atmosphere and supportive parent body. There are plans to expand its offering by taking pupils into Year 9 from September 2021, with the first GCSEs being sat in Summer 2024. The successful candidate will lead a strong and growing school and have the chance to initiate innovate ideas and strategies.
The appointed Head will inspire passion in the staff and will enthuse pupils, parents and staff by example. They will be a qualified teacher with strong communication skills and will demonstrate a commitment to the school’s ethos.
