Astrum Education Group is seeking a current or aspiring Head for Kensington Park School. This is an exciting and exceptional opportunity, based in central London, SW7.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Business Director to shape the future development of the school and lead a strong leadership team and growing school.

Answerable to the Governors and ultimately the Astrum Board, applicants will be certified to QTS with a good honours degree or the equivalent senior leadership and/or headship experience. Candidates should be able to be personable, have a proven track record of academic success in posts to date, be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, show effective people management skills, and have or demonstrate the ability to gain sound business understanding. Candidates will also require an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the wider educational agenda including current national policies and educational issues and possess the knowledge and expertise to operate a high-profile independent school.

Based at Kensington Park School, the successful candidate will receive an attractive and competitive package, based upon their qualifications and experience. The post will commence in January 2021, or earlier by mutual agreement.
