The College is seeking to appoint an Interim Principal to lead it during the final terms of its operation and until its closure. The position will require the talents of a well organised and highly skilled individual capable of excellent communication, an ability to maintain the standards currently enjoyed by the students, and to ensure motivation is maintained whilst offering the necessary levels of support to ensure a smooth and satisfactory conclusion.

Welbeck – The Defence Sixth Form College (DSFC) is a co-educational full boarding establishment, where the majority of students are funded by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) under the Defence Technical Officer and Engineer Entry Scheme (DTOEES) with a parental contribution for maintenance only. It offers an A level education to preselected students pursuing a career as technical or engineering officers within the Armed Forces (Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force) or the MOD Civil Service (Defence Equipment and Support, DE&S).
